how time flies..

time flies so quickly.. my final exams start tomorrow and before i know it everyone's going home na. i learned a lot here (dapat lang, magastos tong ginagawa ko eh hehe).. i can speak chinese.. and beijing people can actually understand what i'm saying! i can also speak korean, indonesian, russian, and german... but only the bad words though haha!! i like it here.. you get to meet loads of people from different races and continents. di naman airheads mga kano unlike what some people think of them, and di naman scary ang mga germans haha! di lahat ng french mabaho (marami lang sa kanila) nyahaha!

anyway, as i was saying i learned a lot nga.. and to live alone.. mahirap. kakahomesick. crazy nga eh.. sometimes i wonder why i even wanted to leave manila, where i had almost everything and i was definitely well-provided for too.. living away from home makes people see things at an entirely different perspective. this actually makes me proud of being pinoy. (really shocking). last new year's eve a friend of mine told me: "i wouldnt want to imply anything bad, but i heard manila's a fucked up city." i didn't hesitate to answer. i instantly said "yup" and nodded. but i wanted to add that i still love manila no matter how fucked up it is. everything i have, i left in manila. everyone i grew up with is there, and everyone i love is there. it's my home and it's definitely part of my life. i wasn't offended by what he said and i'd be a hypocrite if i said no. anyway, they're still going to fly to manila in december haha, i hope you guys could meet them then. :)

this morning was our last school day (other than exam days of course). i had a couple of classmates who brought their cameras to take pictures of everyone. you just want to keep the memories eh.. and try to capture it in pictures because it's the only thing we can do.
my class was a good mix of people who believed in different things, come from different countries, spoke different languages. Who would've known that we'd be having fun almost everyday in school? they can make the most boring classes the best ones. we'd laugh ourselves to tears most of the time and still be able to ask questions about the lessons. You'd just want to come to class everyday or just spend time with them after class. Our grammar teacher and speech teacher were talking about our class one morning. and they both thought that we were the best class they've ever handled in at least a few years. that's a really nice thing to hear, don't you think? now that the sem's almost over, i'm starting to think how much i'd miss them. just as much as i miss all my friends and family back home. :)
